There has been quite a bit a news surrounding the rise in land prices reported last Friday by the the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. None seem to mention in their headlines that rises in Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka offset continuing falls in the rest of the country, though the Yomiuri did hint at such a situation in the headline to their piece.
