Citigroup holds press conference, as well as 61.08% of Nikko Cordial Shares

Now that they’ve held their press conference, we can say it out loud: Citigroup has acquired Nikko Cordial. The buying, however, won’t stop just yet: Citi is about 6% short of the two-thirds ownership they need to carry out corporate reforms.
