Steel Partners ups the ante for Bull Dog shares

According to the Nikkei, Steel Partners has upped their tender offer for shares in Bull Dog from 1,584 yen to 1,700 yen per share. Shares in Bull Dog, which opened this morning at 1,601 yen, are up 116 yen right now at 1,706.
