Description: This monthly report includes expenditures for households with two or more people nationwide for the previous month. It also shows average income and disposable income for workers’ households.

Most recent results: Published June 29, 2007. In May, the average monthly consumption expenditures at households with two or more people stood at 293,231 yen, up 0.4% from May 2006. The average monthly income per workers’ household was at 431,013 yen, up 1.0% from a year before. Disposable income for workers’ households stood at 332,806 yen (+1.6%), and consumption expenditures were at 313,198 yen (+0.9%).
